Conde Nast Traveler magazine just came out with the "Best in the World, Top 100 List." This is always a great issue to read. Filled with fun facts and great destinations to check-off or put on your 'to do' list for 2010.
One interesting item in the magazine was that all of the top 5 cities for culture and sites all had a.... yes, a Dome! The following is the list of the top five cities and the Dome to be found there. What Domes have you seen?
1. Rome (St. Peter's)
2. Florence (Duomo)
3. Paris (Sacre Coeur)
4. Jerusaleum (Dome of the Rock)
5. Venice (St. Mark's)
You can even take a test of what Domes belong to what cities (Sketch supplied). I failed miserably - even after seeing four out of the five Domes. So much for a great memory!
