The Red Coats are Coming!

Adventure Woman is thrilled to hear the Red Coats are coming!

Is this the start of a new airline revolution? Let's hope so.

Delta Airlines has just made a great new move back to customer service. Yes, you're saying, "Ahhhh."

Delta has brought it's "Red Coats" back for its customer service agents - at least to 12 airports. More than 500 of the agents that were cut due to lowering/reducing costs have been brought back - and with their cheery red blazers you can actually find them. Yes, another "Ahhhh."

These "red Coats" travel the airline terminals and concourses trying to help people "Ahhhh."

They are equipped with handheld devices that can retrieve travel information, such as; reservations, baggage details and actually print boarding passes and vouchers.

Adventure Woman is glad to hear the revolution in customer service has begun.

"Ahhhh."
